Providers

We are always looking for new providers to join our network to work with us on our ACC Sensitive Claims Services and ACC Psychological Services.

We receive referrals directly from ACC, GPs, mental health services, NZDF, Peke Waihanga, NZ Police as well as self-referrals. Providers can be contracted to PSCS and operate as a sole trader/contractor, so hours and days are flexible to suit the individual.

What we can offer you in your Sensitive Claims and Psychological Services provider journey;

• Administrative and clinical support with onboarding to the ACC Sensitive Claims Service and/or ACC Psychological Services, and becoming an ACC registered named provider.
• Full onboarding process with us, including privacy and cultural care training
• Support with ACC reporting requirements with clinical support when submitting your initial ACC service reports.
• Clinical assistance with handling complex clients, assistance with risk management plans, and liaison with ACC Recovery Teams.
• Bi-monthly newsletters which will keep you updated with ACC’s requirements, service updates, general help, latest best practice research.
• A rate that is competitive with other suppliers.
• Fortnightly payments (on the 7th and 23rd of each month)
• A team of contracts administrators who hold a vast amount of experience in working in the ACC sensitive claims and psychological services, which means that we can be responsive to your emails and requests.
• Free webinars and access to free training materials on relevant topics from time to time.

We understand that the application process to become an approved ACC named provider on the sensitive claims contract can be overwhelming with the amount of administration that is required.
